A completely NEW ghost sauce recipe. Unlike anything before it.

We start with home-grown organic bhut jalokia (pronounced: boot jah-lo-KEY-uh) chili peppers. Also known as “ghost”peppers, these little napalm bombs originated in India. The sanskrit translation of the name means, “king cobra”. Although there is some dispute, the Guinness Book of World Records lists this strain of chili as the hottest pepper on Earth. On the “Scoville Heat Unit” scale, which is used to rank chili peppers by their relative heat intensity, the bhut jalokia is listed at approximately 1 million SHU. To put that in perspective, that is roughly 5 times hotter than a habanero, and 200 times hotter than a jalapeno. It is just below the heat index for police pepper spray.

But that doesn’t mean it is without any flavor. In fact, aficionados of hot foods have compared it to the wonderful sweetness of a roasted red bell pepper. But we don’t stop there! For The GHOST of Christmas™ hot sauce, our organically-grown bhut jalokia peppers are smoked in a 180-degree smoker for 24-hours, in the distinctive flavor of Texas mesquite smoke. As many people know, I rarely use mesquite, but I chose it for it’s perfect contrast to the pepper’s natural sweetness.

Typical of all MrDoggity™ sauces, the flavors have been carefully combined in the limited edition The GHOST of Christmas™ hot sauce. Exotic tropical fruits and spices, aged white balsamic vinegar, the finest prepared mustard and organic blue agave syrup combine to make this a completely unique taste experience.

Production is extremely limited, and once this batch is sold, there will be no more.

For that reason, it will NOT be listed in the online store. The ONLY way to purchase it is to place a pre-order by email to inquiry@mrdoggity.com. Please provide your PayPal email address, your shipping address and the quantity you would like to purchase (maximum 6 per order, please!). You will be notified when your order is ready for shipment, and will not be charged until it does.

The price is $10 per 100 ml bottle. Standard shipping charges apply.

Order yours today!

It’s as common as a salt & pepper shaker. The style of sauce most loved from Jamaica to Barbados is a yellow-orange colored delicacy that goes by names like “Country Boy” and “Delish”. It is a unique blend that starts with a tangy mustard base, and the intense heat of the habanero pepper – called a “Scotch Bonnet” or “Bonnie Pepper” in the Caribbean – and layers flavors of the islands. The smokey cumin, the bright citrus, the sweet fruits are all represented in this beloved condiment.

After MrDoggity’s eldest girl child studied at the University of West Indies, and brought back some of that wonderfully complex flavor, he had to try to make his own sauce in that style. Those who have tasted it agree – MrDoggity has captured the essence of the islands in this handsome bottle.

Try it on everything from fish to eggs. You’ll be hooked!

Introducing Mr. Doggity’s™ BAJAN GHOST™

Since its release, Mr. Doggity’s™ Bajan-Style™ Hot Sauce has been an unqualified hit. Now accounting for nearly 1/3 of all sales, with at least one retailer selling more Bajan-Style™ than original BBQ. It has been called “addictive”, and several people have said they like to just eat it by itself. The blend of sweet, tangy and fruity are a perfect foil for the heat of the habanero peppers.

But some want it hotter. So, for the truly daring, we are offering a limited release of The BAJAN GHOST™ hot sauce.

The bhut jalokia, when combined with a balance of other flavor profiles, makes a very tasty, if VERY HOT sauce.

Typical of all MrDoggity™ sauces, the flavors have been carefully combined in the limited edition BAJAN GHOST™ sauce.

The price is $9.95 per 100 ml bottle. Standard shipping charges apply.
